1. Operator and scope
Fineform Studios LLC operates the studio website and develops Orbit Theory, WEAVE and Clean Getaway. These proposed terms cover use of the website and studio games, with game-specific differences described below. All three games are Coming Soon; a listing does not promise a release date or an available download.
This document is a draft, not finalized terms. Owner approval, appropriate notice and acceptance arrangements, and an effective date are required before it is presented as governing use. App-store terms, mandatory consumer rights and any separately accepted game-specific agreement may also apply.
2. Eligibility
Use the website and games only where permitted by law and the applicable platform rules. Orbit Theory and WEAVE are intended for ages 13 and older; their age ratings and safeguards still require review. Clean Getaway’s intended audience and rating remain subject to approval.
If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, any required parent or guardian permission must be obtained. This provision does not replace an age-assurance or parental-consent process where one is legally required.
3. Permitted use and intellectual property
You may use the website and, when available, the games for lawful personal enjoyment in accordance with their controls and applicable terms. Fineform Studios and its licensors retain rights in their game software, artwork, branding, music and other content. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.
Do not misrepresent studio content as your own, redistribute the games without authorization or use our branding to imply endorsement. This does not limit uses permitted by law, applicable open-source licenses or separately granted permissions. You retain your rights in original content you provide.
4. Accounts and usernames
Orbit Theory and WEAVE can create anonymous online accounts when online services are connected. Anonymous accounts still have player identifiers and may not be recoverable after the local session is lost. Keep session credentials private and do not impersonate another player. WEAVE public usernames must not include sensitive information, impersonate others or violate another person’s rights.
The reviewed Clean Getaway version has local career saves and no online game account. The studio website does not provide account registration. Account and data-deletion information is available at Account & Data Deletion; live self-service deletion in the online games remains unverified.
5. Fair play and conduct
Do not cheat, automate competitive submissions, exploit bugs to obtain unfair rewards, falsify scores, bypass security controls, disrupt services or access another player’s records. Do not use usernames, sharing or support channels for harassment, threats, unlawful material or abuse.
WEAVE’s online competitions validate eligible runs and may reject or remove invalid scores and restrict abusive accounts. Contact the studio if you believe a score or restriction is incorrect. Orbit Theory has no identified public leaderboard, and Clean Getaway’s reviewed version has no online competition; these rules do not imply those features exist.
6. Virtual currencies and digital items
Games may include earned coins or cash, rewards, equipment and cosmetics. These are gameplay items, not a bank account or a promise of real-world cash value. Use them through the game’s supported features; do not sell or transfer them through unauthorized systems.
Balances, items and progress may depend on the device or anonymous account. Cloud backups do not automatically transfer coins, purchases or entitlements, and recovery is not guaranteed. Changes affecting digital items must respect applicable law and any purchase rights.
7. Purchases and platform rules
Production real-money purchases are unavailable in the reviewed Orbit Theory and WEAVE versions. Clean Getaway equipment purchases use earned in-game cash, not real money. The studio website does not process payments.
If paid items are introduced, price and product details, checkout, purchase verification, restoration and applicable refund procedures must be provided before purchase. The relevant app store’s terms and mandatory consumer rights apply. These proposed terms do not waive legally required refunds or authorize unverified payment features.
8. Updates and availability
Games and online features can change, receive updates or become unavailable during interruptions. Device compatibility, internet access and store availability may affect use. A Coming Soon listing is not a guarantee of a particular launch date or uninterrupted service.
We intend to communicate material changes affecting players through appropriate game, website or platform notices. Any discontinuation or material reduction of a paid service must take account of applicable law and purchase rights. The notice and transition process requires owner review.
9. Restrictions and termination
Online access or competitive participation may be restricted for abuse, cheating, security risks or legal requirements where a game supports those controls. Restrictions should be proportionate, with an explanation and review route where appropriate and lawful. Contact the studio to question an action.
A restriction or loss of access is not the same as deletion of personal data. Privacy rights and justified data-handling obligations continue independently. These terms do not imply the studio can remotely disable a local-only Clean Getaway career save.
10. Privacy and support
Read the separate draft policies for Orbit Theory, WEAVE and Clean Getaway. They explain the reviewed data practices and outstanding approvals. Privacy choices are handled separately from any future acceptance of terms.
Support and legal inquiries go to Fineform Studios LLC at [email protected] or through Contact. Include the game and issue without passwords, session credentials or unsolicited sensitive documents.
11. Warranties and liability — legal review required
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the proposed terms would provide the website and games as available without additional promises of error-free or uninterrupted operation. Statutory warranties, required digital-content standards and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain intact.
Any limitation of liability must be fair, appropriate to the service and enforceable under the law that applies. No monetary cap, blanket release or exclusion of non-excludable liability is established by this draft. Final wording, including any permitted exclusions, requires owner and legal review before it takes effect.
12. Applicable law and disputes — approval required
The applicable law, dispute process and any permitted court venue have not been selected or approved. No arbitration requirement, class-action waiver or exclusive jurisdiction clause is imposed by this draft.
Contact the studio first if you would like help resolving an issue. This does not restrict access to courts, regulators, platform remedies or mandatory consumer protections. Final dispute provisions require appropriate legal review.
13. Changes and approval
The approved terms will need an effective date and a clear process for notifying users about material changes, including renewed acceptance where required. Until explicit owner approval is recorded, this document remains a draft for review.
