Orbit Theory
- Keep the device with your current anonymous session. Open Settings and select “Delete Account & Associated Data.”
- Read the irreversible-effects notice, then explicitly confirm. The request authenticates the current session; it does not create a replacement account.
- Wait for a confirmed result. Once the backend is available, eligible associated Supabase records and the online identity are deleted. Local puzzles, coins and settings remain on the device; online connection is paused.
- Pending or recorded purchases require support review. If unavailable, incomplete or uncertain, retry with the original session or contact the studio. Additional processed Firebase reports, logs and backups need separate review.
WEAVE
- Keep the device with your current anonymous session. Open Settings, choose “Delete Account & Associated Data,” and explicitly confirm the irreversible action.
- When the reviewed backend is deployed, deletion freezes account writes, removes eligible owned public posters and associated challenge, ranking, run, profile and tester records, then deletes the online identity.
- Wait for confirmation. A partial failure may already have removed some public data; keep the original session to retry. The game does not report completion before all steps confirm.
- Local scores, coins and cosmetics are kept. Online username/session and queued submissions are cleared only after confirmation, and online connection is paused. Non-beta purchase records or active/pending billing require separate review.
Locally stored data
Deleting an online account preserves local gameplay progress. To remove local copies, use your platform’s app-data/browser-storage controls or uninstall as appropriate. Backups and previously exported/shared copies may remain. Clearing local storage first may destroy the session needed to identify your online account.
Resetting progress/statistics is not server-account deletion. Online deletion also does not automatically recall recipients’ copies, public caches or every provider log or previously processed diagnostic.
Lost session, incomplete request, or additional assistance
Use the Contact form with “Privacy / Data Request,” or email [email protected]. Tell us which game and describe the request. If helpful, provide non-sensitive context such as the public username, approximate time of play, or the error/status shown.
Do not send passwords, access/refresh tokens, private purchase proofs or sensitive identity documents. Public usernames alone may not establish ownership. The studio will need an appropriate verification process; it cannot promise that an account with a lost anonymous session can always be identified or deleted.
Retention exceptions, backups, historic diagnostics and provider-controlled data require review. No retention duration or unsupported deletion deadline is promised.
